The Lord reigneth, he is clothed with majesty
And girded himself with raiment of modesty;
The world also is established
And his position had not been relinquished.
 
His throne had been from the times of old
That his acts from everlasting was told;
Which made the floods lift their voices
And the waves made their choices
 
The Lord rejoices in the power of his might
And even oversees in daily light;
Than the noise of many waters
Kept indoors with a potter.
