This is a poem I wrote last year back when I was in a poetry class the teacher liked it I didn’t mind it myself, but wouldn’t mind your comments on improvements or what you liked if you would be so kind thanks again.
Hope or Pray

I can hope,
And I can pray,
For my day,
To be better than the last,
But unless I get up,
And do something that day,
My past will send me astray,
Thinking of what once was,
But on this day is no more,
Will not make my day,
Better than the last,
So you can hope,
And you can pray,
That a miracle,
Will find your way that day,
But unless you motivate yourself,
You’re day after day,
Will remain the same!
