Oh My God how beautiful
I’ve come out for some air
I heard a shuffling of some leaves in the woods
And when I looked up there were deer everywhere.

I think it must be a family
I’ve counted ten or more
Some look really still quite young
But they’re all beautiful for sure.

The younger ones are prancing around
It’s so very cute to see
The older ones are still here too
Although they’re keeping an eye on me.

One even ventured out onto the lawn
Still covered with snow, so I don’t know why
But I’m so thankful I can see
Such wonderful scenes with my eyes.

And the day is actually quite nice too
Though there’s definitely a chill in the breeze
As the sky is blue and the sun shines bright
I sure do live for moments like these.
