When we have trouble in the Christian life, and we will, there is one place we can go for help – the throne of God.
“Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.”

How do I get o’er my troubles?
I take them to the Lord.
How do I get o’er my troubles?
I find peace in God’s Holy Word!
How do I get o’er my troubles?
I go to the Father in prayer.
God on His throne longs to hear them.
Through his Spirit, I take them there!
How do I get o’er my toubles?
I go to the throne of grace.
And God gives a song for my burden,
As I worship before His Face!
How do I get o’er my troubles?
God in three Persons, yet One!
All are involved in the answer,
The Father, the Spirit, the Son.
All my troubles I bear to the Father,
Who at His throne doth meet
Every need through the cry of the Spirit,
In the Son’s Name placed at His Feet!
All my troubles I bear to the Father;
The Son for my case did atone.
And the Spirit sustains my infirmity,
As I go to the Father alone!
