Everyday ways to be an awesome member of your family.

Get Informed
Ask an adult in your family what they remember most about being a teenager. What was the hardest part of them?

Get Dirty
Do a chore around the house without being asked. (Warning: This activity may cause shocked mothers to faint.)

Get Bold
Admit to something you have done or said to hurt a family member and ask their forgiveness.

Get Wisdom
Ask a wise member for advice and listen to their counsel. Maybe they don’t live nearby. Send an email or write a letter. They’ll be happy to hear from you.

Get Connected
Ask a family member about their day. What was the best part? What didn’t go so well or was really tough?

“Get Bold” with caution. Saying you are sorry is fine; but too much of this can cause more harm than good.
