How to Love Your Man a poem by Jennifer Jo Fay. A poem about how different women love their men. Love poem.
How to Love Your Man
You’ve got a man, right?
How do you love him?
Do you love him with all your heart?
Do you let him know it every day?
How do you keep your man?
Love him, love him, love him.
Let him know that you care.
Do little things to show your love.
Give affection.
Love your man. Write him love notes.
Gentle kisses against his cherry red lips.
Passionate kisses that go deeper within.
Desire to know every inch of his body.
Love that goes deep and
gets embedded within your thoughts.
Love your man for who he is.
Don’t expect him to change into something
that he is not.
Love him, love him, love him,
flaws and all.
Love him for the flaws, love him for
the ways he is willing to change.
But let him do it on his own accord.
Never force the love. Never push for more.
Sometimes it might scare away your man.
Love him, love him, love him
but give him space to breath.
Never smother, smother and smother
him to death.
He will leave and not come back.
Love him, love him, love him,
silently be there when you know
he wants you there.
You don’t always need words
to know that the love is truly there.
Sometimes words just get in the way.
Love is a flower that blooms
and folds up,
and then blooms again.
Renew your love,
keep it fresh,
love him, love him, love him.
Love him.
