Follow these rules and you’ll have mad mills to spend up
if not account banned when you wake up.

1)Your not superman or have super powers, we can’t play runescape
for more then 6 or 7 hours.Jagex knows that dont forget that.
2)Not taking breaks, a huge mistake. You know thats true man your only human.
3)Don,t bot close to alot of face’s. Choose one of the many other places.
4)Don,t power train the same skill hour after hour, change them skills up and run them mills up. 
5)Don’t run your mouth bot in stealth. You dont want to worry about account health.
6)Don’t bot in quick chat worlds and turn public chat off. Dont caustic like others that had 
a members account and lost it. Becaue of them cats always trying to chat 
you know The sort, Them peeps looking for a reason to click report
7)Tick tock stop your bot, walk around and talk every once and awhile
changing your botting style like steaven sagall, keepin it tactile
8)Don’t bot naked this is often a common mistake. Player mods look for this and investigate.
9)Check your bot every now and then to make sure your not stuck in some
stupid random.
10)Don’t be dense thats nonsense, just use common sense.
