Off topic poem I wrote about hurricanes…
In silent whispers the wind must say,
I have terrible news headed this way.
Something destructive lurks this way,
It’s uninvited and it comes without delay.
It brings about a darkened sight,
Be ready to calm the children for they are sure to scream in fright.
Stay indoors for it’s dangerous outside,
Hope the power will not become fried.
The wind has warned us of it’s arrival today,
A hurricane is quickly on its way.
