This poem is based on research from a healthy digestive tract.
I Am a Flower
Flowers arises from the earth
Flowers need water to grow
Flowers need heat to mature
Flowers need wind to flourish
Flowers need space to expand
Life sustains wind at the crown of my head
Ascending wind at my chest
Pervading wind near my heart
Fire accompanying wind at my large intestine
Down descending wind at my pelvic bone
Good food good blood
Bad food bad blood
Blood supply moisture to my body
I need good blood to live a good life
My blood allows me to grow and fill out my body
Too much fat over lubrication
Good bones nice tall posture
Weak bones weak structure
My bone marrow keeps me unnerved
My ovum makes me look good glowing
Six day to digest food so I eat light
Sweating is good it grows my hair and
Unblocks my pores
Heavy food is hard to digest
So I stay away from it
Good diet good behavior long life
I have a stove inside of me so I
No more cook my food
Earthy foods make for potency
Now I smell every thing
My senses catch the subliminal
I am a flower
