There are many lights in our world and some are truly amazing. Nevertheless you can be one of the bright ones by your works.
I’m a little light
In this vast world
Of lights
But I’m not a bulb
- – -
I may not be
As bright as the sun
On a clear and sunny day
Or as beautiful as the stars
On a starry night
But still I’ve a purpose
- – -
I may not be like a full moon
On a beautiful summer’s night

I’m obviously
Not a Triumph Headlamp
Which warns drivers
Of impending danger
Or torch-light that helps us
Find our way in the dark
- – -
I’m not the Light
The Light of all lights
But I’m a small light
That shines brightly
In this world
By the way I live
- – -
We can all be lights
And although we may flicker
Like a candle
We can still show
The way to those
Who need our help
