A macaronic poem is where two languages are mixed. In this one I have used Portuguese and English.
There are sometimes quando I
Mix meu Portuguese and English.
I normally falo in one or the outro.
It é muito hard to figure out
What I quero falar .
Then quando I try to figure out
Com whom I am talking,
I get all confuso.
If the pessoa is American
I coloco words that are Portuguese.
Mais, quando I am falando com um Brazilian,
Eu coloco words que são ingles.
