Poem:

I am tired of knowing

a wrong 

not righted,

Merit and quality

overlooked, slighted;

Manipulations behind

the scenes,

Knowing not what

it really means

I try to figure out

what’s going on

As I try my best

to reflect upon

Corrupt officials

here and there –

Those that really

do not care,

Some of whom

refuse to quit -

Those that do not

care a whit,

As if they have

the right to do

Things that they

should avoid,

eschew;

But when in a bind

and left behind,

They lose it all,

Before they fall.
