As I sit here and think about you, I wonder where I would be without you. I know that I would not be here, sitting here but I would be in some place much lonelier and much less warm. I feel a sense of cold air brush across me at the thought of you not being here to spend your days with me. I know that we haven’t been together our entire lives, but right now, it feels as if we have.

        It isn’t easy for me to tell you that I don’t think I can live a life without you in it. It really isn’t good for me to tell you that I have become dependant on you. I depend on your friendship and your kindness. I depend on you for your thoughtfulness and understanding. I love that you are able to snap me out of my mood because you understand that life is just too short to really worry so much. I depend on you for so much, but feel as if I give you nothing in return.

      But today, I ask you for even more. I ask you to spend today and tomorrow and every tomorrow from there on out with me. I don’t want to wonder what life is like without you, because I want you to never leave my side. I want you to marry me.
