A poem detailing my profound experience with a trunk of a tree.
I once saw the world
contained upon a tree trunk
I once saw sweet-moss forests
with towering trees, centimeters tall
I once saw dew-drop lakes
where the clearest water could be found
I once saw wood chip mountains
jagged, peaked, and looming
I once saw saw-dust deserts
where life was barren and lost
I once saw lichen fields
where the pill pugs frolicked and grazed
I once saw the world
contained upon a tree trunk
And I once saw a tree trunk
thriving, in the world.
