I speak well, but I am successful …?

Two persons having same capability .

same knowledge ,

One is successful ,

One is not ?

Why ?

Where is the difference ?

One has art of effective speech .

and effectively expressing himself .

Others can not.

On the other hand ,

There are plenty of people , those who are highly intelligent but shy or not well spoken ,

But yet highly successful ,

I am confused ?

Can you tell me ?

A good speaker is is always successful ?

Or something else is required ?

Think over it ?

I am waiting for your comments…………..?

There is a point there…. Those with the ability to communicate can even succeed with little knowledge than those who are gifted with greater skills but lack the art of communication.

Success is hard to measure and a matter of prospective. A woman who cooks well may not appear successful when compared to a celebrity chef, but, she measures her successes by putting meals on the table for her family. To her, she is highly successful. Limelight doesn’t necessarily equate to success.

I guess A good speaker is always successful because he knows how to convince people and he can easily relate the message he wants to convey…

I agree with one commenter. With charisma, a mediocre speaker can sound rather eloquent and a highly intelligent speaker can easily make us nod off. On the other hand, some people are highly intelligent with poor grammar, learned from their environment.

thanks for your comments as i feel communication is not the only criteria for success , the most important as i feel PASSION which is must to achieve any impossible task , good speaking is only one of the ingredients.
