I think I need to write.

I think I will find my destiny if I write.

I think I will find my purpose if I write.

I BELIEVE I will find myself if I write.

What is that thing that drives you?

What is that thing that takes you into another place of comfort, depth and calm?

For me it is the use of words.

Stringing words together painting a picture telling a story

Offering direction and inspiring hope.

My prayer for you is that you find that thing that takes you into another place of comfort, depth and  

 calm and that you DO IT.

Sometimes if I listen and write with out any inhibition or control freeing myself to be used as a vessel,

I not only receive joy, laughter and hope for myself but I am able to dispense what I recieve and I

become just that a dispenser of joy, laughter, and hope for those who listen and receive.

The beauty of it is that I am able to release the words that are floating around in my

spirit like pieces of a puzzle and I too stand back in awe of what I have written. That’s

not me being bold or boastful, tha’ts me recognizing that my ability to write is a gift from God and I do.stand in awe of him and all of his wondrous works including the work that he does in and through me.

By every standard known to man in this society, this culture, this time, I am no longer a young woman

instead I am considered a  middle age woman. Yet, I see and hear so clearly life through the eyes of a young girl blessed with the life experiences of a woman.

Through the eyes of that woman, I have some regrets as I wonder did I miss it? Did I

waste my youth working diligently without the fullfillment that I am able to achieve by simply

allowing words to flow out of my spirit. Maybe I did but that’s not what’s important. What is important

is that I write now. Why because,
