When the vast blue-green ocean held me in her lap

I stood around watching all the green figures around me,

Laughed at the waves which kissed it’s shore and went away

With a promise to meet again.

It’s peaceful to see our end approaching;

In the place of someone we love

The place where the blanket of love covers humanity

To preserve it’s warmth.

The tides played with the islands as toys

The ocean smiles at her child so innocent,

So calm,cold,deep and dark,

Preserving her families that survived in her depth.

Is it why love hurts?

When we try to keep it to ourself,

I glanced at the ocean one last time

And smiling she took me away with her…
