I Will Defend Creation
You Can Defend Evolution
You Can think we came from Apes
You can eat your Bananas
I Will eat my grapes
You Can think Life is a Fantasy
Just Like Old Saint Nicholas
You can believe your Fairy Tale
I believe the Holy Spirit exists
Go ahead and believe there’s nothing
Nothing after death
Doesn’t that make life worthless
From the start until the end
But remember all the righteous
People from those times
Who wrote the words that
where taught to them
and has stood the test of time
So you can be a non believer
It’s your freedom of choice
I choose to be in heaven
In death I will rejoice
I Will Defend Creation
You Can Defend Evolution
You Can think we came from Apes
You can eat your Bananas
I Will eat my grapes
You Can think Life is a Fantasy
Just Like Old Saint Nicholas
You can believe your Fairy Tale
I believe the Holy Spirit exists
Go ahead and believe there’s nothing
Nothing after death
Doesn’t that make life worthless
From the start until the end
But remember all the righteous
People from those times
Who wrote the words that
where taught to them
and has stood the test of time
So you can be a non believer
It’s your freedom of choice
I choose to be in heaven
In death I will rejoice
