I Will Not Feed My Dreams To Fear

I will not feed my dreams to fear,
nor let them fade without a fight.

Hope gives me reason to try,
and try I do, with all my might.

I will not feed my dreams to fear,
nor let someone steal them away.

Courage keeps me moving forth,
so now it’s time I seize the day.

I will not feed my dreams to fear,
nor settle on far less things.

Instead, I’ll do my very best
and see what tomorrow brings.

You’ll never see them disappear
