Recently I started another poetry notebook after losing the last. Heres the first poem. I wrote it real quick, it kind of just flowed from my brain to my hands.
I wish for a world
Where no one would fight
Where the sun shines down
And is always bright
Where hands touch hearts
And don’t cause pain
Where everyone is equal
And no one is vain
Where people don’t cry
And no blood is shed
Where the only fear
Is one day you will be dead
Where everything is right
And no matter what you say
You will wake up the next morning
To another wonderful day
