Brave, sure of purpose stands the American soldier.
With out question the noblest of men and women.
Dispatched to perform on foreign soil the mission of bringing democracy where horrid dictator once ruled.
Nay a weapon of mass destruction was found and cause for action discounted.
Now with untold outcome ahead, we debate not the validity of our brave soldiers but what to do next.
Corrupt intentions of those who hate freedom under religious guise seek to destroy what freedom sought to bring.
Souls of brave and honorable dispatched Americans serving at commander and chiefs orders.
Blood spilled upon the ground, ripping and tearing flesh and silencing soldiers beating hearts.
I wonder as I ponder Mr. President if your two precious daughters had to be dispatched would you increase those dispatched by score times ten.

As one who served during times of peace under Reagan with solidness of purpose commanded my time in service.
But Mr. President, I wonder if sleep finds you at night or do the cries of blood spilled by ill prepared Rumsfeld’s lack of wisdom to provide what our soldiers had need of proper armor.
Can you feel the pain of those who lost life and limb?
I am proud beyond your fumbling manners Mr. President of our heroes abroad as I ponder and wonder.
Some who say retreat fail to see what Iran and extremist would do causing more terror then five years before.
Yet, knowing the many nations with psycho distortion under the guise of Muslim faith are there in Iraq as I write this to seek, kill and destroy the very symbol of America, our brave soldiers trying to bring peace in a nation infiltrated by so many non-Iraqi militant disturbed souls with cultic beliefs.

Oh yes, I wonder as I ponder where can an answer be.
Mr. President says more, more, more while others say flee.
I ask only that all of us support our brave men and women there an soon to be with angel’s protection till solution that works come to be.
