Little beach beauties of the 1950’s. A photo found in an old box brought back memories. She let me wear her sunhat.

Pic: I’m the swim suit sweetie on the left.
I never noticed your sandals, real sandals,
your toes peeping out at the front,
until I looked at the photo over fifty years later;
I’d been too consumed with envy
For your large floppy sunhat at the time.
I had sandshoes to wear at the beach,
Not sandals.
Sandals and sunhat,
A real beach beauty queen.
