In the midst of April, there comes a day of reckoning with the IRS.

IDES OF APRIL (TAX DAY)
Oh, no, the day approaches!
The day that I fear and dread,
Seems I can’t get far away,
I still hear their thund’rous tread;
It’s the Ides of April come,
And I still don’t like to pay,
But that won’t stop them coming,
They are coming anyway;
What do you do in this case?
Just obligatory bound,
Pay the bastards through the mail,
Or they’ll send you their hell hound!
