all i can say is Hebrews 9:27, And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment,

It is simply a question of whether god exists or not. Nothing in this world (tree) ever makes a lasting impression(sound), unless there is an omniscient being that exists.

There is an answer to “If a tree falls in the forest and no one is there to hear it, does it make any sound?”
The answer is no, it doesn’t make a sound. In order for that which is defined as a “sound” to have been “made” it specifically needs to have been heard by a human as “sounds” are defined to be heard only by humans as humans are the ones that have given this definition to what “sound” is.
Think of it this way. A deaf man is near the tree. It falls. He does not observe that any sound was made. Add another deaf man. This deaf man also observes that no sound was made. There are two that believe there was no sound and they were the only observers, so who is to say they are wrong?
Radio waves definitely exist. Do they make sounds? No, because humans can’t “hear” and thus it can’t be defined as a “sound”. It is up to the observer to determine what category to place the phenomenon they observed. But if no one observed it, then there is no way for a “sound” to have been made.
Segway into your other point “Does my existence make a difference in this world?” If you can get any other person in the world to believe your existence has made a difference, then you have made a difference. For anything in this world to exist, to be true, only just one other person must agree with you (otherwise it’s just all in your head).
What in the world am I talking about, you ask?
Well let’s put it this way. I’m typing this to you on what you and I believe is a computer. The reason we believe this is because you and I and most other people believe this thing is a computer. But to someone who has never seen a computer, it may be nothing more than a plastic rectangular box that somehow lights up.
But the idea that this is a computer only exists because we both believe this is a computer and we use it like a computer “should be used”.
So once again for anything in this world to exist, to be true, only just one other person must agree with you. So if you want to know if your existence makes a difference in the world, you only need to find one other person that believes that your existence makes a difference in the world. If you cannot find another person that observes and agrees that your existence makes a difference in the world, then and only then, are you truly existing without make a difference.
