If I Had the Power

Feeling the agony of a troubled world.

 

If I had the power

To make a change,

I’d lighten the hearts

So filled with rage.

I’d gather up all

The sorrow and pain,

And make the world

Feel whole again.

If I had the power

There’d be no hate,

I’d make the world see

We’ve all the same fate.

I’d show them it’s love

That will set us free,

Filling our hearts

With serenity.
