***I was crippled. I couldnt move. I couldnt walk. I couldnt run. I wanted to feel the rush of the wind on my face when I run. I wanted to hear the voice my feet would make on its way through the dry fallen leaves. But the only thing I could do was to wait and hope for a miracle to happen. And when it finally did…I kept on running for I was scared! What if my legs gave away again? What if I stop and that will be a stop forever? I didnt want to be immobile again. I wanted to keep moving. I loved the feeling of the wind wiping my face. I loved it when it swished past my eyelashes. I was happy and that was all that mattered to me then!***

Alright now that was something that Forrest Gump made me do. All that matters is happiness! “Happiness must happen.And the same holds for success.You have to let it happen by not caring about it”. People can say so very easily, but dont we all wish for happiness?? And most of the times, work towards it?? There is no one-way to happiness. It is in some way linked to satisfaction…from anything you do in life. But there are many other factors that contribute to one’s happiness. It differs from person to person and yea…its a very personal thing. There are people who look for a reason to be happy. But there are others who find happiness in anything and everything. They just accept things as they are and derive satisfaction from it. It is not so easy but that could possibly be the best way to avoid being unhappy. Maybe the only way…because they are not a majority!! I know people who find happiness in a cup of coffee…the colour ‘pink’…a haircut…a cigarette…a ride on the bike…sleeping long hours…dancing like no ones watching…music…alcohol…rain…etc etc!!!….Happiness lies in the smallest things. And the joy that you get in doing it is awesomacious!!!
