If I Were in Charge of The World

This was a writing prompt my teacher gave me, so here is what I wrote.

If I were in charge of the world

I’d end war

feed the hungry

employ the poor

If I were in charge of the world

There’d be no sadness

no death

no pain

If I were in charge of the world

There wouldn’t be lies

or cliques

or hate

or anything that could disturb the peace I’d create

If I were in charge of the world.
