I dream of becoming a bird and getting out of this cage.
I sit alone at night
Staring into the sky
Wishing, wishing I could fly
Fly, fly away
I’d spread my wings and jump
Diving into the sun
Never looking back and I’d be gone
Sorrow fills my eyes
My mind I can’t escape
Thoughts of pain and suicide
Hate and love mixed up as one
