If I were a Sassafras tree and you were a bird
The wind would make music through my branches
Lovelier sounds like you’ve never heard.
 
As a beautififul bird your wings would flutter
Delightful peep, peep sounds you would utter
 
Keeping in tune to the melodious sounds
 Other lovely birds would all soon gather round
 
Humans would notice as they passed close by
Looking up to see with an AWE and a delightful sigh
 
Nature performing for you and me
It is constantly providing new surprises for all to see.
 
Stop and smell the flowers
Walk barefoot in the dew
LEARN TO ENJOY THE SEASONS
Each one different, Each one new.
