I often compare myself to other people.

I think about how much better they are at certain things than me.

I have this idea in my head that no matter how hard I try, I will not be as good as them.

And that’s not always true.

And even if it is…who cares?

We should remind ourselves that everything we do should be for ourselves.

We can’t always expect others to approve or believe in us.

It may sound like a sad world, but it is just reality.

Friends are great to have, but you cannot always rely on them.

You must be your own best friend.
