Paraffinalia chapter four.

“I can’t use the telephone to tell you that I’m dead and gone, so you won’t know” – Brand New

Why do you feel victimized?
As, I recall it was you who broke my heart
So why do I find myself apologizing to you?
I have nothing to be sorry for
This poem is not for you
All I want is for you to take me back
At least until I find someone new.
It’s funny how your friends don’t like me anymore
Though I think they know about as much as me.
You always were a little closed off
You claimed you had depression
I’ve never seen any evidence
Judging by your expression.
I miss that hoodie I threw out
The one that smelled of you
I slept in that all night
The day I found out too.
Did you ever care about us?
When I said, “I love you” I actually meant it.
But, now I have no one
Now I don’t even have trust.
