Pregnant mums puke in morning sessions,

Children fake sickness in P.E. lessons.

Daddy spews over his revolting stew,

When babies swallow fast, they are sick too.

Horses aren’t sick when they eat hay…

…and tell their friends: ‘hey come have some hay!’

When birds eat right it keeps the well,

When snails eat right they keep their shiny shell.

When people eat right they get broad smiles,

And when they are fit and healthy, they can stand up and run for miles.
