I’m ready for summer
Ready to go swimming
In a clear creek in the mountains
Where I can see the bottom

I’m ready for summer
Ready to catch that catfish
The big one I see in the creek
Where I can see the bottom

I’m ready for summer
Ready to dig for crystals
Get all dirty in the red clay
Where I’m up in the mountains

I’m ready for summer
Out in nature where fairies play
Wild flowers can pop up
Where I’m finding natures gifts
