Love imbues. To a wonderful man in my life.

(My man seated on a horse, looking so handsome. *giggles*)

A long stemmed rose
petals drenched in scarlet hue

Drifting upon a steed
…a soul kissed with dew

My brown eyes fell
…upon your eyes blue

You told me you loved me
…I believed you

Inhibitions scattering into the abyss
…revealing emotions true

Affections of the heart
…that only you knew

As hope embraces us
…in passions that imbue

Congratulations on celebrating such a relationship. “Ain’t love grand?” I couldn’t really connect to the rose comparison though! lol… a man as a rose?

As many times as women get compared to the same thing, I suppose it only makes sense. Anyway, thanks for sharing your thought and have a good day.
