In Between Mountains

In facing challenges of reality…

Stones are torn

Crumpled to ashes

Rivers were stretched

As it reached every line

Pearls were thrown

As if no value on its own

The clouds mourned

As the sky turned sour

But in between mountains

Courage stood still

Brighter than before.
