Some of us have a special purpose in life….take care to use it with the utmost of respect.

I seem to spend my whole life
waiting.
Waiting for a second chance.
My head spinning
dreading , not needing
the next step in life’s dance.
Too proud to hold out my hand
for if you catch me
it will be you that shall fall.
Even the most dreaded
shall not be wished upon;
most importantly not you.
Perfections’ touch
upon which life has laid its gentle hand.
Lovingly giving
an eternity of purpose.
I only hope you use it wisely.
Remember to be like Him.
He is the only one who brings the trials.
The true tests of life.
Looking not for absolute perfection
but for love that has grown
in the heart.
Honesty,
generosity,
sincerity
need not perfection
nor is it expected.
The only requirement
is in the ability to bring even
the smallest ray of sunshine
to another soul’s darkness.

A lovingly, touching poem coming from the heart and written by the soul of someone who should think more highly of herself. Nicely done. Sincerely, Dork. lol.
