Poem.

A minds seduction
Drenched in its own venom
Languishing in the muddied muck of a depressed state
On a desperate day
For lack of the proper chemical rush to the brain
Teetering at the edge of a sadness
Leading to a muddled madness
Going, going, gone into a final contemplation…
When if it were not for you-my love
A tender gentleness somewhere
Which you pitched out in a moment of forgetfulness
Which struck a chord in a stranger
As if has pressed against a boulder
And started an avalanche of such love and kindness
From someones mere memory of your awkward smile
That were it not for you-my love
They would not have produced the abundance of kindness
Which only their riches could afford
But for that gentleness you, yourself once gave
To light the candle
In this darkness
And you thought you might be worthless
When you are only worthwhile
For the next avalanche to inspire
