Keeping in the darkness
All the wrong you do.
Hoping, praying to your god,
That none will follow you
Into your darkness!
Leaping in the darkness
Over things you cannot see.
Feeling only obstacles-
Not knowing what they be-
Within the darkness.
Reaping in the darkness
Rather than sowing in the Light.
Going on and on within
Your terrible, sinful night
So full of darkness.
Weeping in the darkness

But Someone sees your tears
And bids you, “Child,let me
Penetrate your darkness!
