Concrete or a lawn of green

What joy what hope the sound of it brings

An opportunity to do many fruitful things

In life’s choice of fun like the playground swing

Or a merry-go-rounder grasping the brass ring

Then swinging on a vine with a Tarzan like cling

While enjoying a hot dog with some re-fried beans

Then reliving the day in another hay day way it seems

What better reason to break out in song to sing
