I am against abortion because I believe every child has the right to live, but for those mothers who have had abortions, this poem is for you to comfort you and let you know that your babies are safe in God’s hands.

Hello mommy, my mommy
Can you see me now?
I am growing, growing big?
Mommy, my mommy

I can see my little hands
My feet are beautifully formed
And mommy, my eyes…I can see
Mommy, my mommy

Mommy, ouch! Mommy!
Mommy what’s happening
I’m hurting mommy, help me!
Mommy, where are you?

Mommy, I feel you crying
Doc says you don’t want me
Mommy, that can’t be true can it?
Mommy, are you there?

It’s been five years now
I can see all things around
Your eyes still morn for me
Mommy, my home is Love

Please don’t cry no more
I am happy and content
Love surrounds me all day
Mommy, my home is above

Jesus takes good care of me
His arm’s open wide to an embrace
He tells me, deep down, you DID love me
And mommy, I loved you too

Mommy, my mommy
You will see me again I’m sure
Until then, know I’m OK
Mommy, my dearest mommy, I STILL love you!
