first you need a shell, doesn’t matter the condition.
then you need a heart, cold for precision.
then you need sadness, it needs to feed.
then you need madness this insanity craves.
then you need a mind for it to drive.
then you need a conscious so it can die.
insanity isn’t hard to make.
it just takes some time.
with a little bit of help it will grow like a vine.
and con-volute  your mind, and strangle your thoughts.
it will almost make you wish that you had not.
