It is a sad day when innocence leaves.
Where has all of the innocence gone
how can you forget where we are from
Real love lasts longer than this
and isn’t easily blown into bits
We are moving the goalposts and rewriting rules
We are both doubting what we thought we knew
We have either lost or forgotten what makes me and you
