Although it is true that if we wait for inspiration, we may never sit down to write; still, there are many factors that influence our content.

That which I write today
Is so dependent upon what I feel;
Depends upon did I sleep
Was there something
That made me weep?

My thoughts are affected
By what I had for lunch
Upon the snack
That I did munch
About the deeds I did
And felt bad or good.

Fevers flame or loss of energy
A pleasant walk or sad duty
The words that were said to me
The words I said, don’t you see
So many things to change
And cause my thoughts to rearrange.

For these causes my words may be inspired
Or Simply seem a little tired.

Can indigestion be an inspiration? Writers need to use whatever we can to try to squeeze words out of our brains.
    Cute poem!
