A woman’s intuition is never far off the mark.
My heart pounded harder
it was horrible to be right
A septic puss coarsed through my veins
and tears poured down like rain
I had dug until I had found the truth
a web of lies spun by you
and they had all tumbled out
now shattered dreams laid about
with my worst fears confirmed
my love and logic was confined
they got backed up against a wall
and my poor heart took the fall
