September 23, 2011: Came across this funny video which you just had to see, It is of country singer Kellie Pickler on the game show “Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?”.

“Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?” is a television game show format based on asking grade-school level (1st thru 5th) questions to adults. The show is hosted by comedian Jeff Foxworthy. The show was first broadcast on the Fox Broadcasting Company network as a special in the United States and southern Canada on February 27, 2007. It grew to be popular enough that a half-hour-long syndicated TV series was developed. In its first season, the show ranked 28th in the Nielsen ratings, with an average of 12.7 million viewers per episode.

Kellie Dawn Pickler (born June 28, 1986) is a country music singer and television personality. She came to light as a contestant on the fifth season of American Idol, where she finished in sixth place. In 2006, she signed to 19 Recordings and BNA Records as a recording artist and released her debut album, “Small Town Girl”. She was nominated for “Female Video Of The Year” at the 2009 CMT Music Awards for “Don’t You Know You’re Beautiful”. She was presented the award for “USA Weekend Breakthrough Video Of The Year”. In 2010, she was ranked as the 7th best American Idol alumna. Also noteworthy, Pickler actively supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
