The battles of life.

Sailing, sailing

Toiling in rowing

Raging waves of the sea

Oh, how can these things be?

Nights in the deep and days afloat

Oh God, save my little boat

Battered, shrunk and shivering to the bone

When shall I get to the place called home?

Desperate for my fair havens to rest

Courage amidst the quest

Lost in the sound of the albatross and the whale

My boat is caught in the fierce gale

Dark nights with no stars in the sky

Wish now I had wings to fly

For how could my soul rest here?

On the Island of nowhere!
