Presents wrapped nicely
and placed under the tree
In hopes of sharing a lovely holiday
With friends and family

Watching the snow fall
From the sky,
It will be a white Christmas after all
Yes, it will be so beautiful

If only the winter was not so cold
and the nights lasting so long
but it is a wonderful treat
To hear all the families singing Christmas songs

Deck The Halls, and The First Noel
Silent Night sung door to door
It takes me back to when I was young
and we’d sing Christmas Carols till we could not sing anymore

Obviously a heartfelt Christmas poem. It must be nice to have a white Christmas. In Atlanta here we always have a Florida Xmas every Xmas that passes.
