Poem.
It’s tough to be a teenager,
Living in all this stuff,
Causing pain and misery,
Until you have enough.
You go through so much pain,
Because of this horrible game,
A game of life that never ends,
Then you find out you have no real friends.
So you take the breath you thought you never would,
Then you put up your fists, that first punch felt so good.
The tears that people see falling down your face,
You take a step back and youâre filled with disgraces,
You see the blood drip from the strangers face.
The one thing you may not see,
Is what has just happened was suppose to be.
If you end it now,
The people close to you feel left out,
The people you thought would never hurt,
You now see they were the ones, who cared,
They are also the ones who were always there.
Now, everyone is asking what you choose to do,
The person who asked looks right at you,
You think to yourself, there is no answer to the pain,
But it’s tough to be a teenager because of this game.
