This is a poem about the women we can seemingly envy, however we also lack the respect that she doesn’t care she is missing in her attentions.

She walks a contemptious path of forced confidence,

Feeding on an external beauty that she makes work in her favor,

She exudes from herself a tainted innocence,

She wears scars she self inflicted by a straight razor,

She is a modern time jezebel,

As if rehearsed, she flaunts a sensuality born of soulless bidders in the past,

And without reproach she struts what she has to sell,

she is a young girl, trapped in a vessel that won’t last,

The way she approaches men around her is that of a dog in heat,

She knows nothing of love and its true meaning,

Every day is just a nasty repeat,

and she leaves her mark in every place she takes a beating,

Jezebel has learned to trash herself and smile,

She thinks nothing of what will hurt her tomorrow

But its obvious she is the self taught master of denial,

At night she drinks and smokes away any ache of sorrow.

Sad life. Most are drawn in by an addiction to drugs, not sex.
