With regret that very, very many are not familiar with the work of a remarkable writer, Nobel and Pulitzer Prizes, John Steinbeck. Perhaps this topic will draw on the books of this writer someone’s attention.
With regards to my tastes – most of all I love in Steinbeck’s novels “The Winter of our discontent”, “Quarter Tortilla – Flat” and “Cannery Row”.

I love Steinbeck. “Cannery Row” and “Blessed Thursday” re-read when I have depression. A bit sad, but very fair book.
And he has a terrific story “Of Mice and Men.”

Just read “Winter of our discontent.” Indeed, a powerful book. The only final sort of strange. Blurred, or what? Do not know. Not entered until the end. And how many total citations can tear!
